Kuşadası is a touristic town, 70 km. distance from Izmir airport. This inviting town is very famous for many European visitors and Tour Operators, as many ancient sites and the wonderful beaches enable the visitors enjoyable holidays during their stay in the town. This town is also daily visited by cruise ships and is highly recommended by all cruise agents. An average of 3 - 6 ships call into Kuşadası port everyday. |

Kuşadası is a large port on the Aegean Coast. It's population of about 50.000, which increases tenfold druing the summer months with large number of tourists coming from Europe. Hardly surprising the weather is great. Turkey has am immense cultural history and the landscape is stunning. |

Throughout the year, Turkish Airlines have scheduled flights from all the major cities to Istanbul. You may fly from Istanbul to Izmir twice or three times a day, or can travel by coach from Istanbul directly to Kuşadası. During the summer months there are direct charter flights to Izmir and/or Bodrum airport. Bodrum is a touristic resort app. 160 km. south of Kusadasi. We can organise transfers from Izmir or Bodrum airport. Most tour operators offer ticketing & transfer services at very reasonable rates. There are also daily boat connections between the Greek island of Samos & Kuşadası, and between Kos & Bodrum. Daily tours to the greek islands are possible during your stay in the town. Within Kuşadası there is a very frequent minibus (called Dolmus in Turkish) service, available between 07.30 - 24.00 hrs. going to numerous sections of the town. If you want more privacy there are many rent-a-car or rent-a-scooter agencies, however you must be careful driving in Turkey, as you may find it difficult to cope with some local drivers. |

There are many hotels available throughout the year, but an advance reservation is necessary especially in the summer months. Upon request we can organise hotel bookings and transfers from Izmir airport for our guests. Accomodation at fully furnished houses is also possible between 35,- and 45,- Euros per day, which enables our visitors an experience of living in a "home" before purchasing one. According to the provisions of the Civil Code, every piece of real estate will be recorded in the title deed register of the place where it is located. The title deed is the official document showing who has ownership rights over the real estate. Any restrictions which were placed on the real estate while it belonged to previous owner may be applied to the new owner after the transfer. Such restrictions on the title deed registrations are pre-checked by our establishment before the properties are put in the market. Ownership of real estate by foreigners in Turkey is governed in general by the principles of political and de facto reciprocity. A foreigner may purchase and/or sell real estate in Turkey in keeping with the restricting provisions of this law and on condition of reciprocity between Turkey and their country of origin. It is also necessary to obtain permission from the General Directorate of Title Deeds, Cadaster and Military Service. This procedure may take upto 18 weeks and must be carried out by licensed real estate agencies and/or solicitors. We are entitled to follow up the whole required legal procedure and fulfil the acquisition of the property. |
